📦 Custom & Personalized Products
All phone cases sold on www.smartcasedesign.com are customized based on customer selections, including uploaded images and chosen phone models.
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect image uploaded by the customer
- Wrong phone model selected
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
Please double-check your order details before checkout.
✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a printing defect
- You receive the wrong product
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue are required
Once verified, we will:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a refund, depending on the situation
🚚 Shipping Issues
- We mostly offer free shipping, unless stated otherwise
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you.
💳 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
- If you contact us immediately after placing an order, cancellation may be possible before printing begins
