By uploading images or designs, you confirm that:
- You own the rights or have permission to use the content

Smart Case Design is not responsible for copyright violations caused by customer-submitted content.
4. Pricing & Payments

5. Shipping & Delivery
- We mostly offer free shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or external factors.
- Smart Case Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are custom-made:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect image uploaded
- Wrong phone model selected by the customer
✅ We may offer a replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a printing defect
- The wrong item was sent
Proof (photos/videos) may be required, and requests must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:

- Designs
- Text
- Images
- Website layout
is the property of Smart Case Design and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Smart Case Design shall not be liable for:
